We take a look and talk it through.
Jason will review the details, follow up by email with any questions, and set up a time to see the property. If tenants live there, we’ll work around their schedule. If WRM is a fit, we’ll make you a straightforward offer.

You choose whether and when to close.
If you accept, we close through a local title company on a date that works for you. If the offer doesn’t work for you, that’s fine. You’re under no pressure.

Questions sellers ask
Do I have to fix anything?
No. We buy properties in their current condition. Our offer accounts for any repairs, so you don’t have to fix things or clean up first.
What about my tenants?
They can stay. We buy rentals to keep, so existing leases normally transfer to WRM at closing, along with the security deposits. We’ll be respectful of your tenants when we see the property and after we take over.
Are you agents?
No. WRM is a local buyer, not a brokerage. We don’t list, broker, or manage property for other owners. We buy properties directly for ourselves, as the buyer.
What kinds of properties do you buy?
Mainly single-family homes in Katy, Fulshear, Rosenberg, and nearby parts of Fort Bend County and west Houston. Vacant or rented, updated or dated. If you’re not sure your property fits, ask us anyway.
How do you decide on an offer?
We look at the location, condition, needed repairs, current rent, and recent sales nearby. We’ll explain how we got to our number. You’re welcome to compare it with other options, including listing with an agent.
Is there any cost or obligation to reach out?
No. Asking about an offer costs nothing, and you’re not committed to anything until you sign a purchase contract.
